1. What is the Alban Tractor Co., Inc. Employment Center?

The Alban Tractor Co., Inc. Employment Center is the job information center for Alban Tractor Co., Inc.. The Employment Center provides information on available jobs and provides a method for job seekers to submit their applications to Alban Tractor Co., Inc.. The Employment Center is available at anytime, and all applications are immediately available for screening by the appropriate Alban Tractor Co., Inc. personnel.

2. How do I use the Employment Center?

To use the Employment Center follow these steps:

  • Click the 'Job Opportunities' menu item.
  • For the listing of jobs, click the link of the job you would like to apply for.
  • Carefully read the job description. If you meet the qualifications for the job, click the link to apply for the job. If not, click on the 'Job Opportunities' menu item and select a different job.
  • Provide your personal information and click the 'Continue Application' button.
  • It is at this point that you will be assigned a UserID for this application.
  • Answer the Prescreen Questions. The prescreen questions are questions selected by Alban Tractor Co., Inc. and are used to ensure job seekers meet the necessary qualifications before providing an application.
  • Complete the application. The application gathers pertinent information to include job skills and interest. In addition, it provides a file upload feature for uploading a resume (** Note: The file size cannot exceed 100 KB and must be in the correct format (Word Document, Rich Text File, Text File, or PDF)**.)

3. How long does it take to submit an application?

To submit an application and have it considered as complete, you must complete all steps of the application; the personal information/prescreen, the application and any assessment that may be included. The application takes about 60 minutes. If an assessment is included with the application, it will take an additional 15 to 60 minutes. Items to be considered before starting the process:

  • After completeing the first page, you will be provided with a User ID and Password. Please remember these in case you have to return to the site to complete the application process.
  • Incomplete applications can be completed later by selecting the 'Incomplete Applications' menu item and using the UserID provided after the 1st section. DO NOT SKIP SECTIONS. While you can log in and complete an incomplete application, you can not go back to a section once that page has been submitted.
  • Complete each part of the online application. Your application will not be considered until each part of the application process has been completed.
  • If you plan on uploading a resume, ensure that it does not exceed 100 KB, and the information within the resume is current and matches the information you are entering into the online application.
  • Provide as much information as possible. Do not use your resume as a substitute for entering information in the application.

If an email address was provided during the application process, the email address can be entered and submitted. The User ID and Password will be sent to that address. Once received, go to the Completing an incomplete application page and log in.

7. Who can view my information?

The information obtained from your application may be viewed by the Alban Tractor Co., Inc. Human Resources Department and/or a designated hiring manager at the specific location(s) that you have applied to. This information is strictly confidential. Email addresses that are entered by the applicant as part of the application will only be used by Alban Tractor Co., Inc. for the following reasons:

  • For retrieval of a forgotten UserID and/or Password;
  • To send notifications during the application process;
  • To contact an applicant about their application status.

Email addresses are not shared with any third party for any reason.
